I’m still in Michigan, where I can’t help but be reminded of the many nights driving around doing absolutely nothing with my high school friends. One time, my pal Sauce and I procured some cheap plastic goalie masks — we called them Jason masks. Our entire evening consisted of us driving around our neck of the suburban woods wearing those masks, blasting Motley Crue’s “Shout at the Devil,” pulling up next to other cars at stop lights, and slowly (and, we thought, menacingly) looking over at them. We did this for three hours, if not five. I’m so bored right now that I’m almost considering doing that again. If only I could find that Jason mask…
