Number 48: Dinosaurs (1991-1994)
This parodic sitcom, from the creative genius behind Boy Meets World and Charles in Charge, merged the up-with-blue-collar-family-values vibe of Home Improvement with the so-unfunny-it’s-actually-not-funny lameness of America’s Funniest Home Videos and, somehow, the smack-my-head-with-a-hammer jibba-jabba of Barney & Friends (all three of which will appear later on this list).
